TERMS OF SERVICE
The use of hosting services from VeniHost constitutes an agreement by the customer to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Privacy Policy

1. Account Setup

Upon verification of payment, new web hosting, reseller, and master accounts will be set up instantly. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address that is different from the domain/website you intend to set up. Account details will be sent to this email address upon activation. Providing false contact information may result in the termination of your account without a refund.

VeniHost follows a strict and comprehensive account verification process. All new sign-ups go through a stringent mechanism to ensure authenticity. Account setups will not proceed without verifying the genuineness of payment claims. VeniHost is not responsible for delays in account setup when payment verification is pending.

2. Content

VeniHost upholds freedom of content but strictly prohibits the hosting of content that falls into the following categories. All content must be lawful and should not violate copyright laws:

– Abusive content promoting war, racism, creed, or beliefs, including profanity or obscene language.
– Violent or malicious content.
– Hosting IRC bots, pirated software/warez, image/file dump or banner-ad services similar to rapidshare or photobucket, topsites, locally hosted chat scripts, escrow services, fake bank sites, high-yield interest programs (HYIP), lottery sites, pornographic sites, MUDs/RPGs, hate sites, hacker-focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities.
– Use of IP scanners, brute force programs, mail bombers, and spam scripts.
– Prohibition of web proxy services/scripts, file hosting services, remote uploading/processing scripts (e.g., rapidleech), and torrent seeding using torrentflux or similar scripts.

Free hosting services are not allowed. Hosting for file-sharing scripts is prohibited.

Image hosting sites requiring excessive CPU resources and abusing server memory are not allowed. Video and audio streaming/sharing are also prohibited.

Chat rooms are not provided or allowed on shared hosting environments. For chat room hosting, please contact sales@venihost.com for virtual server options.

3. Backups

You are solely responsible for files and data residing on your account. VeniHost does not take responsibility for files and data stored on our servers. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate backups of your files and data.

4. Refunds

All payments made to VeniHost are nonrefundable unless explicitly mentioned in the money-back guarantee (30 days). Domain registration fees are not refundable. To initiate a refund, a valid reason must be provided via email.

5. Resource Usage Policy

a. Unlimited Resources: VeniHost does not set arbitrary limits or caps on resources for most hosting packages. We make every commercially reasonable effort to provide sufficient storage and bandwidth resources to power your website successfully as long as your usage complies with these terms. By not setting limits on key resources, we offer consistent pricing as your website grows. However, this does not allow a single or few subscribers to adversely impact the experience of other subscribers.

b. Normal Usage: VeniHost offers shared hosting services suitable for small to medium-sized businesses and home businesses. It is not designed to support sustained demand from large enterprises or non-typical applications that require dedicated servers or virtual servers.

Excessive usage inconsistent with normal usage patterns, as listed below, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice:

– Apache connections exceeding 30 connections.
– Maximum of 15 MySQL user connections.
– 50 emails per hour, per domain.
– Running stand-alone, unattended server-side processes.
– Running web spiders/indexers, including Google Cash/AdSpy.
– Running software that interfaces with an IRC network
